The elders at First Christian Church of Albuquerque, New Mexico have begun a search to fill the position of Senior Minister. We are seeking outstanding ministers who meet the following search criteria developed in accordance with our purpose statement:

• Preaching: an exceptional capability to deliver consistently inspiring and motivating messages from God's Word.
   
• Leadership: the spiritual gift to lead our congregation forward in fulfilling the purpose of the church by casting a vision of how we can accomplish it.
   
• Evangelism: a true passion for winning the lost and the ability to teach and inspire our members to make this a priority in their lives.
   
• Spiritual maturity: a close personal relationship with the Lord as demonstrated by the fruit of the Spirit manifested in all aspects of his life.
   
• Doctrine: strong support for following New Testament principles (in our understanding, those of traditional restoration Christian Churches).
   
• Interpersonal skills: the ability to work and relate well one-on-one with the elders, ministry leaders, and members of the congregation.
   
• Administration: the ability to organize and coordinate the ministry of the church, either through the direct exercise of this gift or through the effective supervision and use of administrative support staff.
   
• Education/Experience: a college education with specialized training in ministry and a solid track record showing God working through his ministry.
